SignEstimator sign estimating software pricing is simple. There are four flat plans: Solo at $24, Shop at $74, Team at $199 and Multi-location at $449 per month, billed yearly. Pay monthly and the same plans cost $49, $149, $399 and $899. Seats are included, so there is no fee per user.
Every plan prices sign work the same careful way: materials, waste, sheet nesting, LED modules and power supplies, machine time, labor, install crew, lift or crane, travel, overhead and margin. Bigger plans add seats, more AI quote drafts, and tools to run the job after the customer signs.

How AI quote drafts are counted
An AI quote draft is one read of a photo, drawing, PDF or email text into a draft spec. Each read counts once, when the draft is created. Manual estimates that you build yourself in the estimate builder do not use the AI quota and have no limit on any plan.
- The monthly count runs with your billing period and starts again at the next period.
- The daily cap protects the month from one busy afternoon using it all.
- Deleting a draft never frees quota. The draft was read, so it stays counted.
- At 80 percent of your monthly quota you see a notice in your account with an upgrade option.
- At 100 percent new AI drafts stop until the next period or until you upgrade. Manual estimates keep working.

Why there is no unlimited AI
Every AI read has a real cost for us. A clear limit keeps plan prices flat and honest. We set each limit high enough for the shop size the plan is built for. If you hit it often, the next plan up gives you more drafts and more seats.
Upgrades are charged right away
When you move to a bigger plan, or from monthly to yearly billing, you pay the difference for the rest of the current period right away. Your new plan starts as soon as that payment goes through. If the payment does not go through, you stay on your current plan and nothing changes. When you move to a smaller plan, the change applies from your next billing period.
One subscription per shop
Each shop has one subscription. If your shop already pays for a plan, the pricing buttons take you to change your plan or to your billing page instead of a second checkout. That way nobody in your team pays twice by mistake.
Cancel anytime from billing
You can cancel from the billing page in your account at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can export your quotes and customers whenever you want, before or after you cancel.
Invoice billing on Multi-location
Multi-location on yearly billing can pay by invoice. All other plans pay by card in the self-serve checkout. Card payments are handled by a certified payment operator, so your card number never touches our servers.
