Terms of Service

SignEstimator is software for estimating and quoting sign jobs. It calculates materials, waste, machine time, labor, install, equipment, travel, overhead and margin from the rates you set, drafts quotes from photos, drawings, PDFs and emails, and sends branded quotes your customers can approve online. Higher plans add CRM, production, install scheduling, purchasing, job costing and accounting export.

Estimates and AI drafts are tools that help you price work. You review and approve every quote before you send it. Prices, rates, materials and terms in your quotes are your decisions, and you are responsible for the quotes your shop sends.

• You need a valid work email and a 6 digit confirmation code to create an account.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and the user seats you invite.
• The shop owner manages roles and can remove access at any time.
• One subscription applies to one shop. Multi-location covers up to 5 locations of the same organization.

• SignEstimator is sold by subscription only: Solo, Shop, Team and Multi-location, billed monthly or yearly.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars and may include applicable taxes at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• When you upgrade, the price difference for the rest of the current period is charged right away and the new plan starts once that payment succeeds.
• When you move to a lower plan, the change applies from the next billing period. We do not refund the difference to your card.
• Multi-location yearly plans can be paid by invoice.
• There is no free plan. The homepage offers one demo estimate without an account, which is not a plan.

Each plan includes a monthly number of AI quote drafts and a daily cap. Drafts count when they are made. Deleting a draft, a quote or a customer never gives back usage in the current period. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period. Manual estimates are not limited.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your account becomes read only for 90 days so you can export quotes and customers, and then your data is deleted.

Payments are not refundable for periods already started, except where the law requires a refund or where we fail to provide the service due to our fault. Requests go to [email protected].

• Do not upload content you have no right to use.
• Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not share accounts between different shops or resell access.
• Do not use the service to send spam to your customers.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules after notice, or right away when there is a security risk.

You own the data you put into SignEstimator, including materials, rates, customers and quotes. You can export it at any time. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your files to train AI models.

We work to keep SignEstimator available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may improve features over time. If we remove a feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance by email.

SignEstimator is provided for business use. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for prices you chose to quote.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email account owners at least 14 days before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
