We do not sell personal data. We do not show ads in the service.

Data about your customers

When you add your customers to SignEstimator, your shop decides what data goes in and why. For that data we act on your instructions as a processor. You are responsible for having a legal basis to share it with us and for informing your customers.

Files and AI quote drafts

When you request an AI quote draft, the file or text is sent to an AI model provider to read the sign details. The provider processes it only to return the result to us. We do not use your files to train AI models. Pricing is always done with your own rates inside SignEstimator.

Who receives your data

We share data only with service providers we need to run SignEstimator, each bound by a data processing agreement:

  • a hosting provider that runs our servers and stores data,
  • a payment operator that handles subscriptions and card payments,
  • an email delivery provider that sends codes, quotes and notifications,
  • an AI model provider that reads uploaded files for AI quote drafts,
  • accounting software you connect yourself (QuickBooks Online or Xero), which receives invoices you choose to export.

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where this happens, we use standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

How long we keep data

  • Account, shop and quote data: for as long as your subscription is active, then 90 days so you can come back or export.
  • Invoices and billing records: as long as tax law requires.
  • Demo runs: up to 30 days.
  • Security logs: up to 90 days.

You can ask us to delete your account earlier at [email protected].

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. You can export quotes and customers from your account at any time. To use any right, email [email protected]. You also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

How we protect data

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside a shop follows roles you set. Team and Multi-location plans add single sign-on and an audit log. Read more on the sign shop software security page.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for login, security and your preferences. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
